We eat here regularly every week, and the food is normally very good, but last night with my chicken hollandaise I asked for vegetables, which are usually fresh, but got a sloppy lot of frozen veg which was disgusting. Very disappointed, maybe a new chef or something, but if it keeps up will stop coming.
Went out for a family dinner. The reception and bistro staff were friendly.
My son and my dinner were ok, nothing to write home about.
My daughter ordered the same meal she'd had previously as it was so good. Unfortunately, both her dad's, and especially hers were SWIMMING in oil. He had the pumpkin and walnut ravioli, she had the Portuguese chicken and bacon linguine. She couldn't finish it!
This club is still really great to meet and have a meal at! The John Dory main was just sensational.All five of us.agreed!

I just wanted to give a big shout out to the beautiful long haired girl whose name i think was Ruby, she was running around all over the club helping out patrons in the pokie lounge, while fixing a number of the machines as well. She was incredibly friendly, and despite clearly being very busy, she was still more than happy to help me out and make sure I had everything I needed. Thank you for everything Ruby!
First visit after old hall redevelopment to bistro / kids playground all with views over to sports ground
Plus party kibbles were great.
Food is great, we had a table full of people all eating different meals and no one was unhappy!
